Our advanced profile building and search tools allow you to make direct contact with the Coaches who are responsible for evaluating prospective athletic talent and awarding athletic scholarships at their respective Colleges and Universities.
As former D1 College Athletic Administrators and Scholarship Athletes, we have personally witnessed the confusion and frustration that Parents and High School student-athletes express while attempting to navigate through the morass of information concerning opportunities for college athletic scholarships, especially at the D 1-AA through NAIA levels.
We are not one of those high priced "Athlete Marketing", "Athlete Evaluation", or "Recruiting Services". Through ASD you communicate directly with the College Coaches and Recruiters who make the ultimate decision about whether or not your child receives an Athletic Scholarship.
Before ASD, The only realistic options available today were either your Student-Athlete’s High School coach with a limited universe of college contacts; High priced “Athlete marketing” services (7-10K); or having to spend months contacting schools directly on an individual basis, filling out recruiting forms at every stop.
Additionally, the competition for College financial aid is going to increase exponentially over the next 9 years (through 2018-19 Academic Year) with public high school graduation rates increasing 9% in that window, the largest group being the graduating class of 2015 (US Department of Education – Institute of Education Studies).
We have listened to the parents of High School Student-Athletes for years about the confusion and concern over finding any scintilla of information on potential scholarships, especially if “My kid isn’t an ESPN 150 talent, but can play at some level”.
